Do You Have Any New Year's Resolutions?

Every year I resolve to exercise more especially adding leg lifts to my routine.  I start out well and stick to the plan, but then I always seem to get sidetracked.  This year, however, I am ready to give it another shot since I moved my full length mirror.  Glancing at my whole less than perfect body should provide better motivation.

Strange how when I lose weight that I find  it vanishes only from the top and not the legs.  Why I am so lucky in that respect baffles me to no end.  However, this year I am prepared to tune those puppies up once and for all.

I don't know how well this full mirror trick will work to keep me practicing those leg lifts.  Nonetheless, it is what I'm going to try this year to help me shape up and tone my legs.

Do you have resolutions set for this new year?  If so, tell me what they are and how you plan to go about it?

Keep Young Ones From Losing Interest in New Toys With This Tip!

We all know how quickly children can loose interest when it comes to toys.  However, there is a way to keep toys fresh like a few from Christmas without spending extra money for constantly replacing them.

Do try to box some of those toys up and hide them for a while.  Though this may sound mean, but you are not depriving anything to those very young children in the least.  Instead, they will focus on the ones before them and forget about what is no longer there.

Once you notice their interest is waning in their current selection, then it is the perfect time to pull out that stash of toys.

Make it fun for them and wrap up that box with a pretty gift wrap or even take apart a brown grocery bag for them to unwrap when you present it like another gift.  Watch the excitement on their little faces as they peel away that paper and peer into yet another gift.

Another inexpensive way for those little ones to have fun is saving any big box for them to play in.  Allow them to explore the interior and use it to hide or sit in.  Watch them play with that box for hours while suddenly neglecting those toys.  Those faces will light up as you open up another avenue for them to use their imagination.

I dare you to try this with your own very young children.  You will save yourself some money and also multiple their happiness with fresh fun and possibilities!

Need a Tasty Appetizer like My Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms for Your Holiday Party?

I happen to love mushrooms in any shape or form.  This recipe is really great because you can make it ahead of time to store in the refrigerator without worrying about messing up your kitchen.  All you have left to do is to grab that dish and pop into your oven later once your guests arrive.

Don't worry about the tiny bit of garlic in this recipe.  Just grab a breath mint or head to the bathroom for a quick gargle because this is too delicious not to enjoy while it will make you look like some culinary star once you serve these tasty hot delights.

I hope you do try these because they are special and I wanted to share them with YOU!

My Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

1/2 cup white bread, cut into cubes (about 2 slices)
12 large fresh mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
2 eggs
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Soak bread in a little water, then squeeze dry and shred  in your mixing bowl.

After you clean your mushrooms, chop the stems, garlic and brown lightly in half of the olive oil.

Take off the heat  and add this into your mixing bowl along with the crumbs, eggs, and cottage cheese.

Stuff the mushroom caps with filling and arrange them, cap side down on a baking dish rubbed lightly with some of the oil.  Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and drizzle the rest of the olive oil over the tops.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Reviva Labs Under Eye Dark Circle Serum and Swiss Apple Stem Cell Booster Serum Review + Giveaway!--Ends January 16, 2012

Under eye dark circle serum and swiss apple stem cell booster serum.jpeg
These two Revia Lab products are wonderful to add to your skin care routine.

You can either learn to use cosmetics like a makeup artist to beautify or be lucky enough to run into skin care products that can help eradicate problems instead of merely masking them up like the two of the excellent items sent to me from the natural skin care experts at Reviva Labs for this review and giveaway with their Under Eye Dark Circle Serum and Swiss Apple Stem Cell Booster Serum.

As one that suffers from year round allergies, I constantly battle dark under eye circles known as allergic shiners on a daily basis with puffiness.  Unlike some that wake up beautiful, I do not even look at my reflection while I wash until I have my first cup of coffee so that my eyes have a chance to drain somehow.   Otherwise, it spoils my breakfast.

When I applied a dab of the Under Eye Dark Circle Serum and tapped the substance gently beneath my eyes the following morning, I didn't expect the puffiness would go down that quickly.  However, I began noticing changes about an hour later with the darkness lighting along with those saucer eyes.

Nonetheless, the reason could be attributed to the biopeptide/bioflavanoid complex Reviva Labs uses in the formula.  The ingredient helps eliminate the darkening problem from hemoglobin deposits accumulating under the eyes from capillary leakage besides working on the puffiness.

Since I heard about the exciting effects on skin from apple stem cells for repairing the aging process, I was more than happy to volunteer my face for experimentation with the Swiss Apple Stem Cell Booster Serum.  You can use this product either alone or under your day moisturizer, night cream, or serum, which the company encourages for even better results since it acts as a catalyst.

Layering this Reviva Labs serum with the anti-aging serum I was currently using did help further beautify my complexion.  The more I keep using this product with my anti-aging serum, the more radiant and flawless my skin is looking.  My already smooth skin is even softer.   Also, I noticed even my pores seem to be hardly visible.

Both of these products are great if you want my opinion.  In fact, I am eager to try more from Reviva Labs and think you should give them a try.

Thanks to Reviva Labs, one lucky Nuts 4 Stuff reader in the United States wins an Under Eye Dark Circle Serum (1 fl. oz.) and a Swiss Apple Stem Cell Booster Serum (1 fl. oz) for a total of $59!

How to Prevent Overeating at Holiday Parties

The holidays are the perfect time to pack on those excess pounds without even realizing it until the next time you step on that scale.  Over indulging is easy with all those tempting cookies, desserts, appetizers, and other delicious special dishes we are exposed to.  The problem is made even worse when attending the round of holiday parties with cocktails and buffet tables loaded with various assorted yummy delights just waiting for you to sample.  However, there are some ways to prevent yourself from overeating for a party.

1.  Eat four almonds fifteen minutes before arriving at that party.  The fat content of the almonds will help satisfy and curb your appetite so you won't attack that buffet from sheer hunger.

2.  Do not stand in front of the buffet table and chat.  If so, your hand could keep reaching for things to nibble.  You might not even notice how many of those awesome canapés or cookies you ate in the midst of conversation.

3.  Cocktails are loaded with extra calories. Some fancy ones can have several hundred while a glass of white wine can be 150.  Learn to nurse the cocktail in your hand instead of drinking a few for each party since they do add up.

4.  Avoid the fried offerings and narrow in on your healthiest options.  Eat but do not fill that plate with food.  Don't flutter around that buffet table like a butterfly.  Instead pretend you're a sparrow and nibble and then fly away to socialize.

5.  If you need to look like you're eating to fit in, then find the fresh, raw vegetables on that buffet table first and detour past the dips.

These are just a few secret ways to save you from accidentally gaining that holiday weight.  I do hope this helps!

Boo Bamboo Hair Care Line Review and Giveaway! (3 Winners!)--Ends January 14, 2012

Boo Bamboo hair products assortment.jpeg
Boo Bamboo hair products assortment

You'll never need to have another bad hair day again once I tell you about the Boo Bamboo hair care products.  I recently was sent the five products in their line for this review and giveaway and know you'll be interested in my latest discoveries.

Rich in minerals, organic proteins and their special secret weapon of bamboo extract with silica, Boo Bamboo products worked exceptionally well to transform my hair.  This all natural organic line has no sulphates, is safe for color-treated hair besides being paraben and DEA free for supreme gentleness and helped strengthen and bring back beautiful gloss and vitality to what was dull, lifeless hair.

The Boo Bamboo Strengthening Shampoo lathered nicely with pleasant almost like a fruity type of smell in this moisturizing and strengthening formula.

I followed with the Boo Bamboo Strengthen & Shine Conditioner.  This was great and just a little untangled  my hair and rinsed out well.

Since I wanted to see how my hair reacted to those two products without trying the more intensive Boo Bamboo Conditioning Treatment, I started drying my hair with my blow dryer to partially dry before reaching for their Boo Bamboo Frizz Control Curl Defining Gel.

I worked some of the gel into my hair as usual, about an inch from the root and finished.  I found that I had wonderful control without any sticky feel to my gorgeous shiny hair.

I was curious what their Boo Bamboo Hair Strengthening Seal & Shine Serum would do to top that result so I added that step the next day to my routine and gave my head a shot of that spray to my dampened hair.  This serum really boosted the gloss even further.

Later that week, I included the Boo Bamboo Revitalizing Conditioning Treatment to my hair care ritual.  This time my hair felt softer and healthier overall  when rubbed together with my fingers without the crunching sound it is prone to.  My hair already had lots of shine, but I felt with all the light bouncing off of it, my head gleamed with mirror-like radiance from this deep conditioner.

I really do think the Boo Bamboo products did an amazing job on improving the look and texture of my hair.  If your hair could use some help, I definitely recommend checking this hair care line out fbecause you too could discover more beautiful hair awaits you like I did!

Thanks to Boo Bamboo, three lucky Nuts 4 Stuff readers in the United States or Canada win the same five hair care product line with a total value of $50 that include:

1.  Boo Bamboo Strengthening Shampoo (10.14 fl. oz.)
2.  Boo Bamboo Strength & Shine Conditioner (10.14 fl. oz.)
3.  Boo Bamboo Revitalizing Conditioning Treatment (4. 05 fl. oz.)
4.  Boo Bamboo Frizz Control Curl Defining Gel  (5. 07 fl. oz.)

Now Is the Perfect Time for My Sweet Orange Buns!

One of the best fragrances a home has comes when homemade bread is baking to fill it with a delicious aroma.  Yet you can intensify that joyful smell by making a raised sweet dough sprinkled with grated orange peel and sugar with My Sweet Orange Buns.  These are as light as feathers and the perfect way to brighten a winter day!

This recipe is wonderful to enjoy especially when you have oranges in the house.  Since we have the chemical free USDA certified organic oranges in the refrigerator from South Tex Organics, then I thought this is the perfect time to grate those peels and get a dual purpose from their healthier citrus.

Their organic oranges are extra sweet and contain more of their vitamin content than the commercial counterparts.  So I encourage you to seriously think about the benefits of organics and the amazing citrus that South Tex Organics sells and order some because you will be doing a good thing for your health and your tummy.

If you haven't entered the South Tex Organics Large Combo Box of Citrus Giveaway (the 13 grapefruits and 24 oranges) yet, then you can still do so until December 28, 2011.  Do enter and then you can hurry and make this recipe for your family as well!

My Sweet Orange Buns

1-3/4 cups of sugar
1/4 cup grated orange peel
5-1/2 to 6-1/2 cups of unsifted flour
1 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons or packages of active dry yeast
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup of hot tap water (about 125 degrees)
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of melted margarine

First you make the Orange Sugar Topping.  Mix 1 cup of the sugar with the 1/4 cup of the grated orange peel.  Set aside.

To make the dough the quick way, you put 1-1/4 cups of the flour, 3/4 cup of sugar, salt, vanilla, and undissolved yeast  in a large mixing bowl.  Now add your oil and gradually the hot tap water.  Beat with the electric mixer, adding eggs one at a time and 1/4 cup more flour.  Continue beating and then keep adding the rest of the flour until you get a soft dough.  Turn out on a floured surface and knead until smooth and workable.

If you prefer to make the dough the old-fashioned way, you need to test the temperature of the water on your wrist to make it sure it is not too hot to scald first.  It has to be hotter than just warm.  Add that water with a teaspoon of sugar to the yeast and set aside for five minutes to help it grow.  Then add the 1-1/4 cup of flour gradually with the oil, eggs, salt, and vanilla beating in with your electric mixture.  Stir in the rest of the flour until you form a soft dough.  Turn out onto lightly floured surface and knead smooth.

From this stage with either way you start, you divide the dough into three equal portions.  Divide one portion into eight equal pieces.  Roll each piece into a smooth ball and dip into the melted margarine and then dipping into the Orange Sugar Topping Mixture to coat.  Do this procedure for each piece until it's gone.

Turn your coated buns into a greased 8" round cake pan.  Cluster them together and cover them tightly with a plastic wrap, then aluminum foil.  Do this the same way for an additional second pan.  You can either store in the freezer and unthaw at another time, one or both pans for three hours with the plastic wrap at room temperature.  Let rise in a warm spot until the buns double in size (about 2-1/2 hours).

For same day use, you do the same thing of letting the buns that you covered with a dish towel grow in a warm place until they double in size (about 2-1/2 hours).

Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly golden at the bottom.

Make Merry With My Chocolate Sea Foam Bars!

The holidays are the perfect time to try out new cookie recipes to share with family and friends.  Over the years, I have discovered some incredible ones like the one I have for you today with my Chocolate Sea Foam Bars

This is a rich chocolate bar that is not quite a brownie, but hardly just a meager cookie that is topped with a fluffy meringue and finely chopped pecans or walnuts.

I warn you that chocoholics will flock to the tray and have those bars gone before you finish serving the coffee so it's a good idea to bake a double batch of this recipe.  After all, you don't want to disappoint the chocoholics and yourself from sampling these scrumptious delights!

My Chocolate Sea Foam Bars

1/2 cup of margarine (not spread)
1/2 cup of sugar
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa
1 cup of sifted flour
2 egg whites
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans or walnuts
1/8 teaspoon of salt

Cream the margarine with the sugar until light and fluffy.  Add egg yolks and vanilla and beat until well blended.  Add cocoa sifted together with the flour and mix thoroughly.  Spread mixture in the bottom of an ungreased 8 x 12-inch shallow pan.

Beat the egg whites with the salt until they hold soft peaks, adding brown sugar gradually until it forms a stiff meringue.  Spread over the cookie dough and sprinkle with the finely chopped nuts.

Bake at 325 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.  Cut into bars while still warm.  Makes about two dozen depending on the size cut.

Let Me Tempt You With My Anise Fluff Cookies!

As promised, I told you yesterday that I would be sharing of few of my favorite recipes for Christmas cookies.  Here is another recipe that I adore when you're craving licorice.  My Anise Fluffs is not an overly sweet cookie either and are as light as the name implies.

One bite and I bet it will put a big smile on your smile!

My Anise Fluffs

4 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of margarine
3 eggs
5 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 teaspoon of anise-flavored extract

Cream margarine and sugar together until well mixed.  Then add your dry ingredients (that has been sifted together) with your eggs and flavoring.  Beat with your electric mixer at low speed until well blended.

Shape one heaping teaspoon of dough into an oval about a 1-1/2 inch size.  Repeat until you get about five dozen.

Be sure to place cookies one inch apart from each other on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.

Let Me Share Some of My Favorite Christmas Cookie Recipes With YOU!

A bit of the season's holiday magic suddenly seems to appear once batches of Christmas cookies come out of the oven.  This year I will be sharing a few of my treasured favorites from time to time with you before you start your holiday baking.

Today, I hope you will try my Luscious Lemon Bars.  This cookie has a pastry-like bottom with a second layer of baked in lemon cream and is topped off with a mere dusting of confectioners' sugar.  This recipe is so incredibly delicious that I only make it for the holidays since they are impossible to resist.

One thing I want to mention is the importance of an accurate measure of your baking powder.  Always measure out your baking powder or soda with a measuring spoon and keep it level.

Also, did you know that Rumford Baking Powder is one of the only baking powders without aluminum?  You may want to check your brand of baking powder first before that holiday baking. Otherwise, you may be eating extra aluminum.

Tomorrow, I will give you a yummy recipe for those that love the flavor of licorice!

My Luscious Lemon Bars

1 cup of margarine
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon of confectioners' sugar
2 and 1/3 cups of unsifted flour
4 eggs
1 and 3/4 cups of sugar
1/3 cup of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

Cream margarine with the one-half cup of confectioners' sugar.  Add two cups of flour and stir with a wooden spoon until well mixed.  Pat and press evenly into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.  Bake at 350-degrees for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the eggs, sugar, remaining, one-third cup of flour, lemon juice and baking powder in a blender.  Blend a few seconds until well-mixed.

Pour the blended mixture over the crust that has baked for 20 minutes.  Then return to the oven and bake 25 minutes longer or until it appears golden brown.

Cool completely and then dust with the remaining confectioners' sugar.

Bella Viva Orchards Sampler Gift Box

If you want to impress someone with a delectable assortment of certified organic dried fruits, nuts and chocolates, I need to tell you about my latest find.   I was sent a Sampler Gift Box from Bella Viva Orchards for this review and giveaway that you need to hear about if you are still searching for that perfect holiday gift.

Bella Viva Orchards located in Northern California has even been featured in a segment on Martha Stewart's television show for the quality of their dried fruits and nuts.  Trust me, you will understand why once you dig into their unbelievably delicious products for yourself.

My Sampler Gift Box included a tempting mixture of their dried fruits, mixed salted nuts consisting of almonds, pecans, cashews, and Brazil nuts, as well as chocolate-covered fruits and nuts.  What I noticed first before sampling anything was the beautiful bright color their fruit possessed and unoxidized essence.

The taste of every piece of dried fruit I sampled was hardly what you think of when you picture dried apples, prunes, nectarines, peaches, pears, and apricots.  Bella Viva Orchards variety were plump, moist, and bursting with flavor unlike their dry, shriveled up counterparts.  The nuts inside my box were fresh as well.  The chocolate was a nice touch and only intensified the flavor.

The reason their dried fruits and nuts are so amazing has to be the special method of drying developed by the Martino Family farms over the course of their 60 years.  This allows them to fully control all the phases of their crops in growing through the final stages of packaging and delivery to customers and restaurants locally as well as worldwide.

My family and I truly enjoyed the Bella Viva Orchards Sampler Gift Box.  Honestly, I think if you're at a loss as to what to send someone on your holiday gift shopping list, then I highly recommend them.

The company is giving my readers 15% off all online orders now through the end of December when you enter nuts4stuff at checkout.

Now you have no excuse to put off that last minute gift because I gave you the perfect solution with something wonderful from Bella Viva Orchards

*Disclaimer:  This is my own honest opinion.  No money was exchanged.  All I received were free products to facilitate this review.*

Thanks to Bella Viva Orchards, one lucky Nuts 4 Stuff reader in the United States wins the same Sampler Gift Box like I was sent with their awesome dried fruits, nuts, and chocolates (a $35 value)!

Recipe: Warm Up With My Healthier Recipe for Homemade Corn Chowder!

Nothing can be finer for cold winter days than a big hearty bowl of soup to warm you up!  Bacon has been traditionally used in making corn chowder.  However, I  do try to avoid artery-clogging ingredients as much as possible.  In the past, I will admit that I used bacon to flavor my corn chowder.  Now I can honestly tell you once you follow my recipe that I use now that you too will not miss it.

Another good thing about making your own homemade soup is thinking of all the money you will save on those expensive cans often with less than ideal oils, preservatives, overabundance of salt, and the like.

For starters, I use olive oil to brown my vegetables in this recipe.  Another thing that I did was add a dash of ground nutmeg, and one-half teaspoon of thyme leaves, and one teaspoon of sugar for a wonderful flavor kick.

You can make this soup even more filling and equivalent of a light meal by making a batch of homemade noodles from the recipe for pasta dough that I shared with you earlier.

I do hope you will try this recipe for yourself because I am nuts about it!

My Hearty Corn Chowder

1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup of chopped celery
2 tablespoons of flour
3 cups of milk
1 can of cream-style corn (about 14.5 oz.)
5 medium potatoes, cut and diced
1/2 teaspoon of salt
dash of ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of thyme leaves
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
1 cup of evaporated milk
3 tablespoons of olive oil

Fry your chopped onions and celery in the olive oil until they are lightly browned and tender.  Next remove from the heat briefly and coat those vegetables with your flour so the soup will thicken later.

Return to the heat and stir in all the remaining ingredients, except for the corn and simmer for about 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

Stir in the corn last along with your cooked noodles and cook 5 minutes longer to heat through.

Being tied to the computer all day comes with consequences.  Sometimes, my wrist can hurt from grabbing the mouse constantly or the whole arm can ache from continual use.  Therefore, I was very interested to work with Topricin and their homeopathic pain relief and healing creams for this review and giveaway of their Original Topricin, Foot Therapy Cream, and the Junior.

Once I applied some of the Original Topricin to my sore wrist and arm, I felt a gentle warmness take over with a slight numbing effect to dull the hurt.  I followed the directions and gave myself another three treatments throughout that day and noticed I had less discomfort as that host of beneficial homeopathic ingredients went to work to heal, not just mask the pain.

I drafted my guy as the test subject as the Topricin Foot Therapy Cream.  He just started a new job and is on his feet more using public transportation requiring a hike to the bus stop that leaves him with tired sore feet and ankles once he reports home.  However, I am pleased to tell you that he liked the feeling of this product on how it soothed his feet.  In fact, he has been using it regularly since it arrived.

We had company the other night.  The adults talked upstairs while the kids gathered downstairs to play.  One happened to try to catch our hiding kitten and stumbled.  Luckily, my niece wasn't hurt badly and only a slight budding bruise.  We cleaned her up and treated her with an application of Topricin Junior.  I sent the tube home with her family so they proceed with applying it two or three more times to speed up the healing.

The next day I called to check on how my niece was doing.  Her mother was surprised that  beginning blue mark she had after falling already was fading more every time she did another treatment.

I honestly liked Original Topricin for what it did to help my wrist and arm.  My guy definitely is fond of his Topricin Foot Therapy Cream and so is my other relative as far as Topricin Junior goes for her experience using this on my niece.  You can order at their website or find where to find products locally through their store locator.

Thanks to Topricin, one lucky Nuts 4 Stuff reader in the United States or Canada wins a trio of homeopathic pain relief with Original Topricin (2 fl. oz), Topricin Foot Therapy Cream (2 fl. oz), and Topricin Junior (1.5 fl. oz.) for a total $47 value!

No one can avoid laundry detail.  Therefore, you want a laundry detergent that you can count on for cleaning ability and value.  As a Purex Insider, I had the chance to review  a bottle of their new and improved Triple Action Liquid Laundry Detergent in Mountain Breeze and want to tell you what I found when using this product.

This new Triple Action Liquid Laundry Detergent is suited for both the older traditional washing machines, like mine, or the high efficiency ones.  You can do 33 loads according to the bottle.

What I can tell you are that my clothes did turn out exceptionally nice from how this reformulated detergent cleaned from the loads I did since it arrived.  Furthermore, I think the scent of Mountain Breeze leaves items fresh and sweet smelling.  I couldn't tell how much brighter exactly the clothes looked, but they came out very clean looking without fading or running into anything.

I washed several loads of clothes already using this detergent from normal loads of clothes in cold to more heavily soiled ones like towels and linens in hot water.  Either type of water I used with this detergent came out great.

The Triple Action Formula will be available to the general public this fall so do watch for it when it appears at your store because I know you will want it.

Beecher's Handmade Cheese Anniversary Collection Review

**Disclaimer:  This post has been compensated through a free product (s) or monetary payment.  Opinions are solely mine. All links are "no-follow" links.**

Beecher's Handmade Cheese Anniversary Collection.jpeg
Beecher's Handmade Cheese Anniversary Collection

The holidays mean lots of parties.  Whether to celebrate the occasion at the office party or just with family and friends, what could be the most ideal gift to bring along than some quality, all-natural artisan cheeses and crackers? Some of the best cheese I ever ate arrived at my home from Beecher's Handmade Cheese when they sent me their Anniversary Collection of four of their award-winning cheeses and specialty crackers to review.

The Anniversary Collection is a limited edition of their superb products to commemorate the company's eight year opening of their first store in Seattle's historic Pike Place Market.  Since then Beecher's Handmade Cheese has really taken and been recognized for their cheese excellence by critics and fans alike in their other shop in the Flatiron District of New York as well.

In this collection, I got packages of their one-year aged Flagship Cheese, one of their Four-Year Flagship Cheese, a Flagship Reserve Cheese, and a No Woman Cheese besides a package of their Beecher's Original Crackers.

Being a true cheese lover, I savored every bite I sampled of their pure, full-flavored cheeses that are painstakingly handcrafted in the traditional ways.  The Flagship is their signature award-winning Cheddar cheese that is great with a strong and nutty flavor.

The Four-Year Flagship is hard to stop eating because it's a richer, mature Cheddar with more of a nuttier flavor just with a bit more of a nip.

The Flagship Reserve also had a fantastic and delightful creamier flavor due to the way it was traditionally clothbound and aged in open-air.

Their No Woman had the most unusual unique flavor that I ever tasted due to the Jamaican Jerk species, which complimented this wonderful nutty cheese to give it a smoky taste with a hint of brown sugar and cloves.

Nothing was more fitting than serving these cheeses on the buttery rich Beecher's Original Crackers. The two tastes practically melted in your mouth and really went well together to provide the perfect cheese experience.

Trust me, if you have cheese lovers on your holiday shopping list, then you need to order from Beecher's Handmade Cheese for them to really experience a culinary delight!

Smart & Sexy Lingerie Review and Giveaway!--Ends December 29, 2011

**Disclaimer:  This post has been compensated through a free product (s) or monetary payment.  Opinions are solely mine. All links are "no-follow" links.**

Smart & Sexy Lingerie.jpeg
Smart & Sexy Lingerie

I had a chance to connect with the inner sex goddess within when Smart & Sexy handpicked some of their sizzling hot lingerie for me to review for a $50 prize package for one of my lucky readers.  Based on my sizes, I received a pair of high-cut black lacy panties, a darling black and hot pink rose-patterned bustier, and one of their extreme pushup bras in vivid purple.

Once I tried that extreme pushup bra and those nearly sheer panties, I definitely felt my sexy best, which my guy can attest to.  The bright satiny purple lifted and really enhanced cleavage wonderfully to give me that voluptuous look without tons of padding, which was surprising considering I am not exceptionally gifted in that department.

To achieve such a feat, you usually expect to pay around $35 or so; however, this one from Smart & Sexy runs from $10 -$15 to get this same tantalizing effect!

The panties were cute, slightly large for me though.  However, my guy didn't mind in the least and keeps asking me to model them.  Those panties did look nice and flattering to my figure with that perky and slight padded bustier.  At the same time, these undergarments were comfortable.

I couldn't find the particular items sent to me on their website.  However, the extreme pushup bras are on this page and mine is the same except in a different color.

Ladies, if you want to get your sexy on, then I do recommend checking Smart & Sexy and their line of really hot and affordable bras, panties, sleep wear, matching items in their collections, and bustiers.  Their site offers a convenient chart to help you select the proper sizes for that perfect seductive fit you want.

Guys, if you want to turn up the heat, then Smart & Sexy can surely help you out as well for some fantastic gifts to give your lady!

Are you ready for this?  Smart & Sexy is giving free shipping when you place an order before December 26, 2011!  How's that thought to warm you up?

*Disclaimer:  This is my own honest opinion.  No money was exchanged.  All I received were free products to facilitate this review.*

Thanks to Smart & Sexy Lingerie, one lucky Nuts 4 Stuff reader in the United States wins a $50 Smart & Sexy prize package based on your sizes that is hand-selected for YOU!

South Tex Organics Large Combo Citrus Gift Box Review and Giveaway!--Ends December 28, 2011

**Disclaimer:  This post has been compensated through a free product (s) or monetary payment.  Opinions are solely mine. All links are "no-follow" links.**

South Tex Organics Large Combo Citrus Gift Box.jpeg
South Tex Organics Large Combo Citrus Gift Box

Nothing tastes better than fresh fruit in the winter, especially when it comes from South Tex Organics with their huge, sugary Rio Star grapefruits and juicy Marrs oranges.  All their produce is grown naturally and is free of chemicals that can rob the vitamins and taste from the fruit.  I was sent a large combo box (#303) of 15 of their delicious USDA certified organic grapefruits and 24 of those succulent oranges for this review and giveaway.

I don't know about the appearance of produce where you live, but in the stores where I shop, the fruits and vegetables can often look less than appealing.  However, I can tell you with utmost confidence that once I opened my box from South Tex Organics that my produce looked fresh like it was just picked, instead of sitting in some warehouse for a long time first.  Each fruit was carefully packaged and void of bruises as well.

Being a grapefruit fan, I tasted one of those first.  Let me tell you that no sugar was necessary to sweeten this ruby-red baby up because it would have been overkill.  In fact, this was the best grapefruit that I ate in a very long time instead of some of those small, drier grapefruits that taste more like lemons.  However, this was so huge that I only could eat one half of it at one time.

The oranges were next and were extremely delicious.  Perhaps, the added scrumptious taste of South Tex Organics is due to their healthy avoidance of harmful commercial growing practices with sprays, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers, and pesticides since the citrus flavor seems intensified.

For those on your holiday shopping list that you have no idea what they want, you can't go wrong by giving them a South Tex Organics citrus box.  They come in all sizes and prices starting from $22 and up with combos of both grapefruit and orange or just one type.  Check here to order a box from their website.

One research study even suggests that organically grown produce has higher levels of vitamins than the conventional variety, which is another reason why this is a truly thoughtful gift.  After all, everyone can benefit with a daily dose of fresh vitamin C!

Thanks to South Tex Organics, one lucky Nuts 4 Stuff reader in the United States wins a  large combo box (#303) like I received of 15 grapefruits and 24 oranges ($52 value)!

elizabethW Lilac Perfume and Leaves Body Lotion Review & Giveaway! (2 Winners)--Ends December 27, 2011

*Disclaimer:  This post has been compensated through a free product (s) or monetary payment.  Opinions are solely mine. All links are "no-follow" links.**

lilac-perfume.jpeg
Lilac Eau de Parfum

I introduced you to this very special workshop perfumery, designing and handcrafting their own natural perfumes, bath and body care, hand care, and fragrances for the home based in San Francisco known as elizabethW earlier.   Fortunately, I had the opportunity to work with them again for this review and giveaway of their Leaves Body Lotion and  Lilac Eau de Parfum.

Time is running out to buy those holiday gifts.  But I have some fabulous suggestions that I want to share with you here.

If you present that special person with a gift of their Lilac Eau de Parfum Spray, it is a beautiful, fresh floral scent that reminded of spring and rebirth.  To me, it chases away the cold and drab gray of winter with this single bloom bursting with romance and happy expectations.

Equally as delightful is one of their fragrant body lotions that I was sent such as Leaves.  I cannot decide if it is that woody base of Atlas cedar and sandalwood set coupled with amber that captivates me so or that touch of sparkling leafy green top notes Leaves has that is so intriguing and irresistible.  However, I love this scent and this luxurious rich botanical formula and essential oils for keeping me sinfully scented and unbelievably soft at the same time.

elizabethW makes their body lotions in small batch production with a convenient pump, which I really love when using creamy formulations of scents.  I found Leaves Body Lotion  with aloe vera, sea algae, Rosemary extracts, gingseng, Ivy, cucumber, comfrey and shea butter, was lightweight and silky to touch.  It absorbed nicely and scented me with that fresh, unforgettable soft fragrance that I can't seem to get enough of.  Imagine her happiness once she experiences the excellent moisturizing power of this exquisite elizabethW scent in lotion form.

If you want my honest opinion, then I know whether you choose their perfumes or lotions or any of their other fragrant selection among ten scents, the lucky lady you're buying for will be thrilled with a gift from elizabethW.

Thanks to elizabethW,   two lucky Nuts 4 Stuff readers in the United States or Canada win:

First Place:
Lilac Eau de Parfum Spray, 2 fl. oz. ($42 value)!

Second Place:
Leaves Body Lotion, 6 fl. oz. ($26 value)!
