Mineral Fusion SPF 15 Brightening Moisturizer Review

An easy way to give your complexion a lift is with a brightening skin care product from Mineral Fusion.  I liked how this vegan brand’s SPF 16 Brightening Eye Cream somehow managed to lighten some under eye darkness that I was curious about their SPF 15 Brightening Moisturizer to see how it compared.

This product that PR kindly provided is steeped with vitamin C, orange and coconut oils as well as mineral water in a formula that also contains broad spectrum mineral SPF protection and light-reflecting Mica to give skin a healthy glow as it lightly moisturizes and guards against aging.

The interesting thing that I loved about this product is that despite it being a creamy sunscreen, I did not look greasy as you sometimes can feel when applying such products.  What you see when you look in the mirror in a soft, but real sort of glow whether you use it alone or underneath makeup.

Some chemical sunscreens and related type of products can irritate my skin at times, but this one was very gentle and didn’t trouble my complexion in the least.  One of the main reasons that I really have been turning more and more to Mineral Fusion is because of the purity of their natural formulas that are free of gluten, paraben, phthalate, fragrance, and color.  My skin doesn’t seem to act up with the products that I tried from this natural brand so far, including this SPF 15 Brightening Moisturizer.

If you’re looking for a wonderful multitasking SPF moisturizer that can handle dry skin that can be sensitive prone as well as brighten, protect from the sun, and keep you comfortable, then by all means, do try Mineral Fusion’s SPF 15 Brightening Moisturizer ($24.99) at Whole Foods or the company’s website.
