Heaven’s Honey Box May 2016 Review

In my opinion, a wonderful way to find some instant bliss and pampering your body is with some lush natural body care products.  The sense of smell from these types of products can provide genuine aromatherapy without subjecting the body to a chemical soup of ingredients like what you can expect from Heaven’s Honey Box, a new luxurious, monthly natural body care subscription that recently hit the market.

Each month you can expect five to eight full size, artisan-crafted natural products.   The cost of this subscription runs $49.95 with free shipping.  Finding healthier alternatives to commercial body care products takes time and research before you can find what you love.  However, this subscription does your homework for you.

Here is what arrived in my Heaven’s Honey Box for May 2016.  All the products are from one artisan, Skin Nutrition From Nature With Love.

I found two four-oz. bars of exquisite scented, handmade soap with Spiced Orange and Lemon  Poppy Seed. The formula is loaded with rich oils such as coconut, olive oil, sweet almond, caster, shea butter and more.

There was also a plastic two-oz. jar of Whipped Shea Butter Body Frosting.  This lovely, nameless floral fragrance somehow manages to come through the jar.  Needless to say, my skin adored such lavish treatment.

Another delight was the 4.75 oz. bottle of Shea Butter Moisture in Sweet Couture.  With a delicate fragrance, this lotion also was jammed with only the best organic shea butter, organic mango butter, organic sweet almond oil and more.

I also got two sugar scrubs, one for the body and another for the face.  The Sugar Face Scrub Charcoal & Lemon was 5.5 oz.  You only apply very little and need to rub this thick product in your wet hands first to get it the right texture before applying. This stuff gives a nice, gentle exfoliation due to its less abrasive grain, but you will need to remove it with a warm, wet washcloth.

The other was a three-oz. jar of the Sugar Body Green Tea & Cucumber Scrub It had a nice appealing scent, not too heavy on either tea or cucumber.  This scrub did great work on smoothing.

A tube of Cuticle Softener was also in my box.  My nails really liked the amount of lubrication from its coconut oil, sweet almond and avocado oils.

Last of all, I got a three-oz.  jar of their Fluoride Free Natural Toothpaste in Fresh Mint.  The product has coconut oil, activated charcoal, bentonite clay and clove.  Also, it is dark gray and practically black in color. Though it may work wonderfully, I was afraid to stick blackish toothpaste in my mouth. The color needs improving because it conjured up the thought of brushing with mud, which entirely turned me off. Nonetheless, my friend’s husband is going to give it a try.

I estimated the value of this current box at $51.45!  This figure does not include the Cuticle Softener, which I couldn’t find on Skin Nutrition From Nature With Love’s website.

I think Heaven’s Honey Box for May 2016 was well done.  Now I am more curious about what the next box will be like.
